My name is Levi Griffin, and I started summarizedbooks.com in June to chronicle my reading and share the discoveries I have made from some of the world’s best authors. Reading influential books has opened up my world and the possibilities within it so much, and I would not be where I am today without the insights that those great minds provided me.
While consistent reading has been an important part of my life, it is often hard to find the time to sit down and really digest a book. We are busy people living busy lives. The average American reads about six books a year, but I’m here to help those who want to read more in less time.

Scott Adams, a famous author and the creator of Dilbert, once said in an interview that many non-fiction books can be summarized in about a chapter’s worth of information. This intrigued me, and if the man who wrote How to Fail at Almost Everything and Still Win Big said it, it must be true. I decided to give it a try.
